Introduction of the parties
This privacy & terms of website use policy (hereinafter “Policy“) is applicable to this website only. This website has a website address of https://www.tjamberson.com, and it is managed by English Trails Publishing, LLC, a limited liability company in the United States of America (hereinafter individually and/or collectively the “Website“). This Policy is automatically accepted and agreed with by any person, group, company, or other entity that interacts with the Website (hereinafter individually and/or collectively the “User“).

d) The User’s first name, last name, email address, mailing address, credit card data, other payment data, and/or other information the User provides if the User chooses to make a purchase via the Website (hereinafter individually and/or collectively the “User Purchasing Information“). The User Purchasing Information may be used by the Designated Third Party to fulfill an eBook purchase that the User made via the Website. The User Purchasing Information may be used by the Designated Third Party to fulfill a paperback purchase that the User made via the Website. The User Purchasing Information may be reviewed by the Website to ascertain general information about users who make purchases via the Website, to email marketing communications to the User, and/or to email newsletters or other communications to the User. At any time, the User may opt out of receiving newsletters or marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link that is provided at the bottom of each email.
Section Two: Distribution and Security of the User’s information
1) User Purchasing Information and/or other User information that is collected and/or stored via the Website is not sold, used, or otherwise intentionally distributed to any third party by the Website except for the purposes as outlined in Section One above.
2) The security of the User Purchasing Information is managed by the Designated Third Party. The Website is in no way responsible or liable for the security of the User Purchasing Information.
3) The Website makes no promise, guarantee, or assurance about the prevention of the loss, misuse, unintentional distribution, and/or alteration of the User Purchasing Information or other User information.
4) Upon choosing to interact with the Website, the User acknowledges and willingly accepts the risk that unintended or unwanted distribution of the User Purchasing Information or other User information may occur. The User agrees that the Website and the creator(s) of products displayed or sold on the Website are not responsible or liable for alleged or actual damages, whether personal, financial, or otherwise, that result from the distribution of the User Purchasing Information or the User’s other information.

6) The Website will disclose the User Purchasing Information or the User’s other information if required to do so by law.
